The Aeon, Ixion from Final Fantasy X.
I'm not 100% satisfied with this, there is alot more i could have done with it. For instance i originally tried to get the lightning to spiral up the horn but that just wasn't working :/
Ho well. I've worked on this for far too long already. I've lost interest x3
